Very minor hairline scratches visible only under direct inspection light. No cracks, no deep scratches. Fully functional. Battery health 80%+. Screen bright and responsive. Acceptable for mid-tier resale. DPW does not currently purchase B grade.
Visible scratches on screen or body but no cracks. All core functions working. May have minor cosmetic damage. Battery health 75%+. Acceptable for budget-tier resale only. DPW does not purchase C grade.
